In a recent turn of events, the liberals have pulled ahead of the conservatives federally. The Liberals have pulled ahead of the conservatives for the first time since 2021. The journey for re-election has just started, and there may be more twists and turns.

Thoughts on the election;

1. Ontario provincial party and federal party are typically opposite parties (Conservatives and Liberals). Usually not the same party in power federally and provincially.
2. Do Pierre and Trump share similar Conservative attributes?
3. Trump does not like Liberal Chrystia Freeland who is running for Leadership of the Liberal Party. Source
4. Mark Carney is also running for leadership of Liberal party. He recently moved his business concerns to the United States. Source
5. The Conservative Member of Parliament who won the Oxford riding is Arpan Khanna (recent by-election)
