Houses for Sale, December 2024 update – Norwich homes have started selling like hotcakes as interest rates have dropped. The number of homes on the market is also dropping. Toronto has experienced a >40% increase in home sales year over year, I suspect this is reflected in Norwich Ontario Home Sales or well be. As homes on the market decrease in number, home prices rise. Some families are trying to get in front of this rise by purchasing homes early.
Norwich is a fantastic place to call home. A beautiful town with amenities. About 15,000 people live in the greater town, the perfect size. Multi-cultural and tolerant. From shopping and groceries to beautiful parks and restaurants. Safe with children riding their bikes in the streets. Unfortunately the prices have gone up so much the last couple of years. The community has felt the influx of professionals who have moved out from larger urban centres. The town of Norwich is a gem, but you have to pay to live in it. A melting pot of different cultures who make the town incredible.
